Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing product and service information to the Customer,
Solve and take necessary action on the customer inquiries,
Achieve daily and monthly targets,
Maintain all databases and reports,
Any other activities as required by the department.
Other Requirement:
Experience in MFS, Bank, or Fin-Tech call center industries,
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written,
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office, and software.

Bachelor
