JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day-to-day HR activities like talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, roster, and payroll management.
Day-to-day administrative activities, office management, troubleshooting, and checking the bills and vouchers.
Manage direct purchase.
EDUCATION:
BBA/MBA in HRM
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written,
Experience in frozen food and Fish-Meat industries recruitment,
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office, and software.
COMPENSATION & OTHER BENEFITS:
Salary: 25,000-30,000/-
