RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee overall production and operations of the Farm (Broiler, Layer),
Monitor biosecurity measures and farm hygiene standards,
Plan, implement, and monitor production schedules to achieve targeted egg output and quality,
Supervise and develop farm staff, ensuring proper training and productivity,
Ensure proper feed, health, and management practices for maximum flock performance,
Maintain accurate records of production, mortality, vaccination, and feed consumption,
Coordinate with senior management for farm expansion, cost control, and operational strategies.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written,
Experience in the Poultry industry,
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office, and software.
